David MuñozHow is it possible that Diverxo has been awarded 3 stars by the Michelin Guide in so few years? Is it perhaps the new image that the French brand wants to transmit? David represented the new generation of chefs at the Guide's presentation in France. Are the rules being broken? Did they ever exist? Are new canons being established? Was there only one way to achieve excellence? Is this young man from Madrid the leader of a generation of chefs who have shrugged off the old stereotypes? David Muñoz is aware that every move he makes is subjected to comment. "Well, Diverxo may be what it is and have all those Michelin stars, but David doesn't do himself any favours looking like that". This message, which he himself put out on social networks is one of the many he comes up with every day. David is into provoking and perhaps it's because he sees life as a provocation via which many things happen. But it's when one feels sure of oneself that criticism makes one strong.
