Francisco Tejero

Born in Berzocana (Cáceres), Francisco Tejero is considered one of the best Spanish Bakery Technicians. Its name is known in the baking sector worldwide. The son of a baker, from a very young age he began to train in the family business and later in other bakeries in the country, at the same time he graduated as a monitor of Professional Training didactic methodology. Very young, she began her professional project as head of production and personnel of the important boutique chain "Lys Boutique del pan" in all its bakeries. Thanks to his remarkable knowledge and professionalism, an American company, Boulangerie Corporation, hired him as production manager in one of his bakeries, located in Miami (USA). This was the first of many that Francisco Tejero managed since its inception.
