Marcos is the 5th generation of the restaurant that, together with his father, makes a unique tandem in Spanish gastronomy, where culinary visions are born from one but never reach the diner without the observation and note of the other. The words tradition and contemporary are intermingled in this century-old house led by the 4th and 5th generation of the family saga. The most creative dishes become yearlings together with the formulas of the ancestors passed through the sieve of modernity.
