Massimo Bottura, Osteria Francescana***

Massimo Bottura (Modena, September 30, 1962) is the Italian chef who owns Osteria Francescana, a three-star Michelin restaurant based in Modena. On March 19, 1995 Bottura opened Osteria Francescana in the medieval center of the city. Its concept was to juxtapose culinary tradition and innovation with contemporary art and design.
