Jordi Cruz, Abac***

Jordi Cruz was born in Manresa (Barcelona) in 1978 and studied cooking at the Superior School of Hospitality, Joviat, in the same city. At the age of 14 he began working at the Estany Clar de Cercs restaurant (Barcelona), an establishment where he received his first Michelin star in November 2002, becoming at 24 the youngest chef in our country and the second in the world to receive this distinction. He currently directs Abac's cuisine in Barcelona, with 3 Michelin stars.
