Javier Antoja Giralt

Journalist trained at the University of Barcelona, he is the person responsible for the bakery content together with the direction and editorial coordination of some of the bakery works published by Montagud Editores. His tireless work for the bakery has earned him the Prize of the International Academy of Gastronomy.
