Jesús Sánchez, Navarran by birth, Cantabrian by adoption, he has the soul of a chef and the hands of an artist. Jesús Sánchez is a chef, but he is also a photographer and an artist. He is a talented man, with deep roots and values, which also become materialised in his dishes and in the space of El Cenador de Amós itself. His serious demeanour shows glimpses of a personality full of different shades, making Jesús Sánchez into a person who is funny, sincere, true to his principles and determined in his decisions. An ambassador of the Cantabrian anchovy around the world, the owner and chef of El Cenador de Amós in Villaverde de Pontones, Cantabria since 1993, now 25 years ago. He managed to put the unique space that El Cenador De Amós has become on the international gastronomic map, therefore, strengthening a solid project that has been distinguished with 3 Michelin stars and 3 Repsol suns. His extensive knowledge and innate curiosity have made him into an alchemist at the stove and a researcher in aspects related to team management and leadership. This career has lead him to contribute to many communication spaces and to develop facets such as becoming an advisor on gastronomy and catering aspects and a speaker at forums on team leadership.
