Enric Rosich

Although at first it was not identified with the profession, the pastry has penetrated deep into Enric Rosich. In a first stage, he met and learned from what today are his references and discovered that his life would be surrounded by sweets and cakes. He was mainly educated in Paris and later worked for almost a dozen bakeries in Barcelona. After this learning, he decided to take time out. He stayed away from the construction companies to start a candy mold business. But in time he returned. And he did it for and for macarons, a personal devotion that has now become his new job. Step by step, a path has been opened that, among other goals, has led to this specialization.
