Fina Puigdevall, Les Cols**

Fina Puigdevall (Olot, May 30, 1963) has been the chef and owner since 1990 of the Les Cols restaurant in Olot (Girona). It is the farmhouse of the Puigdevall family, and it is the house he was born in.
